With Josy D
Wednesdays and Saturdays at 9:30am
Hosted at Tupper Arts
A woman with curly gray hair smiling outdoors by a lake with trees and a cloudy sky in the background. She is wearing a maroon T-shirt that says 'Eat Sleep Tai Chi Repeat' and has a smartwatch and bracelets on her wrists.
Tai chi cultivates balance, strength, and mindful movement through slow, flowing sequences. It improves posture and joint mobility, reduces stress, and supports cardiovascular and respiratory health by combining gentle physical activity with breath control and focused attention. Accessible to all fitness levels, tai chi fosters resilience, body awareness, and a sustainable path to lifelong wellbeing. Join Josy for this welcoming 45 min exploration into the magic of Tai Chi.
