Entry Procedure:
The entry fee for the 53rdAnnual Show is $40; it is payable through the QR code below or visiting tupperarts.org. and clicking on “Information for Artists” link.
Artwork must be delivered to the Tupper Arts on:
Sunday June 14 between 11am-5pm
Monday June 15 between 9am and 6pm.
If you are unable to drop off your works on scheduled days, please make alternative arrangements with Tupper Arts by emailing evielonghurst@tupperarts.org
Eligibility:
Open to all artistic mediums. Artists may submit up to 3 pieces. Hanging artwork must be properly framed and wired for hanging. Due to the gallery artwork hanging system, clip hangers and saw tooth hangers are not acceptable. Please refrain from using these systems; you will be asked to remove them and wire them for hanging.
Tables will be provided for small three-dimensional artwork. Large three-dimensional work is acceptable, but placement needs to be coordinated and extra help enlisted if necessary.
Please make arrangements with Tupper Arts to coordinate setup if submitting oversized pieces.
To keep our annual show exciting and fresh we stipulate that no art that has been displayed in previous shows, at any location during the past 1 year be submitted at the Annual Show. Although this is a non-juried show, Tupper Arts reserves the right to not display artwork if it is deemed inappropriate for our viewing audience.
Labeling and Inventory
Each piece of work must be submitted with an attached identification label that lists the artist’s name, title, dimension, and price. Work should be labeled NFS if not for sale.
Artists will need to complete a submission inventory at drop off. Identification labels and inventory paperwork will be available for completion on both drop off days.
Artist Agreement
Submission of artwork is an agreement by the artist bound by the conditions of this prospectus.

Liability
Tupper Arts will take all reasonable steps to safeguard your artwork. However, Tupper Arts does not assume responsibility for loss or damage of any artwork while on site. Tupper Arts reserves the right to photograph exhibited work for publicity purposes.
Sales
A 30% commission will be retained by Tupper Arts for all artworks sold during the exhibition.
Pick-Up of Exhibited Work
Exhibited work should be picked up Monday July 13 or Tuesday July 14 between
11 am and 5 pm. If you are unable to pick up your works on scheduled days, please make alternative arrangements prior to pick up dates with Evie Longhurst.
