Eligibility

Open to all artistic media. Artists may submit up to 3 pieces. Hanging artwork must be properly framed and wired for hanging. Due to the gallery artwork hanging system, clip hangers and saw tooth hangers are not acceptable. Please refrain from using these systems; you will be asked to remove them and wire them for hanging.

Tables will be provided for small three-dimensional artwork. Artists may provide their own table if desired. Large three -dimensional work is acceptable but placement will be the responsibility of the artist. Please make arrangements with Tupper Arts to coordinate setup if submitting oversized pieces.

To keep our annual show new and fresh we ask that art that has been displayed during the past 2 years not be submitted this year. Although this is a non-juried show, Tupper Arts reserves the right to not display artwork it is deems inappropriate for our viewing audience.

Entry Procedure

The entry fee for the 51st Annual Show is $35; it is payable through the registration link below.

• Artwork must be delivered to the Tupper Arts on:

• Sunday June 30 between 11am-5pm

• Monday July 1 between 9am and 2pm.

If you are unable to drop off your works on scheduled days, please make alternative arrangements with Tupper Arts by emailing evielonghurst@tupperarts.org

Liability

Tupper Arts will take all reasonable steps to safeguard your artwork. However, Tupper Arts does not assume responsibility for loss or damage of any artwork while on site. Tupper Arts reserves the right to photograph exhibited work for publicity purposes.

Sales

A 30% commission will be retained by Tupper Arts for all artworks sold during the exhibition.

Pick-Up of Exhibited Work

Exhibited work should be picked up Monday July 15 or Tuesday July 16 between 11 am and 5 pm. If you are unable to pick up your works on scheduled days, please make alternative arrangements with Tupper Arts.

Labeling Artwork

Each piece of hanging artwork and floor sculpture must be submitted with an attached identification card that lists the artist’s name, contact info, title, description, and price if the work is for sale. Work should labeled NFS if not for sale.

Artists who will be displaying on a table should submit an inventory sheet that provides artist’s name, contact info, price and a description of each piece of displayed artwork.

Artist Agreement

Submission of artwork is an agreement by the artist to the conditions of this prospectus.
