Welcome to our 2025 Class lineup at Tupper Arts. Classes are brought to you in collaboration with local artists, and provide introduction into all types of artistic medium, for every experience level. New classes are always announced year-round, providing opportunities for all to get creative.
2025 Adult Classes at Tupper Arts
Earthshine Yoga at Tupper Arts offers a peaceful, grounding practice every other Thursday from 5:30 to 6:30pm. Join us for a rejuvenating yoga session that focuses on mindfulness, balance, and strength. Upcoming dates include:

Please note, there will be no class for the remainder of April, and we’ll also be on Spring Break for two weeks. Afterward, we’ll assess attendance and discuss whether to continue classes. Come flow with us, find your center, and experience the benefits of yoga in a welcoming space.
Tai Chi
Wednesdays & Saturdays-9:30-10:15AM
Move, breathe, and flow with this gentle, slow, no-impact form of exercise. Taiji Fit is easy to do. Just follow along and do what you see. There is no right or left, no right or wrong. No sequences to learn. You can join in any session. Come try it!

Paint 'n' Sip with Ann Beauchamp
First Saturday of every month

Join us on the first Saturday of every month for a fun and casual Paint and Sip experience! Enjoy a relaxing atmosphere while expressing your creativity. Perfect for friends, couples, or a fun night out. Create lasting memories with paint, wine, and laughter. Ann comes from a family of artists. She graduated from SUNY Plattsburgh with a BA in Art. She taught as an art teacher at Tupper Lake MHS. and continues to pursue art in her free time.
Karate with Tom Sloan
Wednesdays @ 5:00PM Beginning in April
Not sure if Karate is right for you? Come along to the free introductory class and see if you like it. Sign up on the night or before and receive a free Karate Gi.
Tom has his 6th degree black belt in Shito Ryu Karate. He also has a black belt in jujitsu and kobudo. He continues his studies in Matsukazi Shito Ryu traveling weekly to Glens Falls.
