The Dance Sanctuary is a dance studio offering classes for all ages in ballet, jazz, contemporary, tap, hip hop, and social dancing for adults like salsa, swing, foxtrot and more. Located on Main Street in downtown Saranac Lake and also at Tupper Arts in downtown Tupper Lake. It is the perfect sanctuary for locals, visitors, dancers young and young at heart.

Tuition for the semester is a one-time payment of $200, which includes registration and the costume fee for the end-of-semester recital. Scholarships ARE available upon request!

Chakradance, led by Sue Delamarter, is a movement therapy modality for children that nurtures creativity, imagination and self-expression through play whilst addressing all levels of healthy developmental growth: physical, cognitive, emotional, social and energetic.

Weaving original music and stories with expressive movement, mandala-based art, meditation and breath awareness, Inamojo classes offer children a space where they can truly discover who they are, in the most magical of ways.

Chakradance is open to kids 5-11, and is made FREE thanks to generous grants. No registration required; please see above for important drop-off and pick-up information.
